Welcome!  I’m Elisabeth Sasser and I use leadership theory, mindfulness and behavioral skills to see the world more fully and engage effectively. I invite you to join me in looking at life through this lens!

Professionally I’ve served as an executive for over twelve years and am also an adjunct professor of management at Duke University. My background spans executive leadership, operations management, strategy, organizational development, mindfulness meditation, coaching, teaching and workshop facilitation, chi kung martial arts and energy work.  I received an undergraduate degree in political science with a focus in philosophy and theology from Villanova University and an MBA from Wake Forest University in consulting and entrepreneurship.

Maintaining a meditation practice has been an important part of my daily routine for over ten years. I’m practical and down to earth while still more than a little intrigued by the magic and mystery of our human experience. I am fascinated by internal and interpersonal human dynamics, how they play out in organizational settings and the ability we all have to create impact.

As a leader, I enjoy supporting others as they discover, develop and deploy their authentic power effectively and justly, and in doing so have a positive, generative impact in the world.
