Happenings

I periodically offer workshops on mindfulness.  The focus varies from the fundamentals of mindfulness, to exploring how a formal practice supports integrative leadership and working with the resistance that comes with formal practice. Our goal is to create time and space for participants to getting a clearer sense of themselves, their inner wisdom and deepen their capacity for compassion.  All are welcome.
